Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Roofing Salesperson with a focus on door-to-door sales to join our dynamic team.

As a Roofing Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and promoting our top-quality roofing products and services.

Your primary responsibilities will include consistently prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct doortodoor sales activities to generate leads and develop a strong customer base.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate roofing solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our roofing products.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales proposals and estimates to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the roofing installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in doortodoor sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a strong drive for success and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Basic knowledge of roofing systems and materials is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$42,500.00-$80,000.00 per year
