Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel including Technicians, and Apprentices.
Assign tasks and projects to team members based on skill level and workload.
Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
Perform quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues as needed.
Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
Train and mentor new hires, providing guidance and support.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and personnel performance.

Qualifications

310S Technician Licence Required
Minimum High School Diploma
Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record
3+ years of Service Technician experience Required
Alevel qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
