Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel including Technicians, and Apprentices.
  • Assign tasks and projects to team members based on skill level and workload.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues as needed.
  • Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Train and mentor new hires, providing guidance and support.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and personnel performance.

Qualifications

  • 310S Technician Licence Required
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record
  • 3+ years of Service Technician experience Required
  • Alevel qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
