This is an exciting role within a Casino Environment where you will use your strong customer service background, verbal communication and interpersonal skills to respond to client inquiries and requests.

In providing this support you will:

Educate casino guests regarding the three core concepts of gambling to encourage safe play and prevent problem play and over expenditure.
Assess the needs of visitor to determine appropriate course of action.
Deliver problem gambling staff training to casino staff as required at all levels
Plan appropriate intervention strategies for guests exhibiting problem gambling behaviors by consulting with casino staff and other appropriate professionals
Assist any individuals who phone or visit the casino with concerns about a family member who may be having difficulty with gambling.
Investigate current community resources on a provincial bases and shares information with colleagues
Assist in developing and maintaining a resource library of gambling related material

Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health or LifeWorks office or customer premises.
