RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, maintain, and measure the internet department processes.
- Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential
- Daily Direct Follow-Ups with Customers
- Review all incoming sales phone leads and eleads and follow up with customers directly
- Create daily reports and analyses on customer objections (Unsold vehicles)
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports on Traffic, Appointments, Conversations, Closing Ratio and etc.
- Train & Mentor Internet sales staff and conduct sales meetings
- Meet with Internet Sales staff to review performance and plan of action
- Promote and participate in ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings
- Attend department and management meetings as required
- Accurately desk and formulate new and used vehicle deals
- Assist Internet Sales staff with completing and closing deals, as well as effective followup
- Ensure Internet sales team members are consistently following processes and procedures
- Monitor the CRM system and make sure all data and notes are up to date.
- Maintain and contribute to a professional working environment, and a positive atmosphere
- Achieve various new and used targets and KPI's while maintaining exceptional CSI
- Assist with the management of inventory and merchandising initiatives and Inventory Inspections
- Monitor and maintain the highest standards for the delivery of vehicles to the customers
- Motivate and guide the sales team in setting and reaching sales targets on a short and longterm basis
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure an opening for future business proposals and sales offers
- Assist with resolution of customer issues with purchased cars
- Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for the customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Phone, digital, and inperson customer service experience.
- OMVIC certification.
- Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and a clean criminal background check.
- Minimum 3year experience in a franchise dealership ;
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain composure in a difficult environment; must thrive under pressure
