Reporting to the Manager, Shopper Marketing - ONT our Shopper Marketing Specialist will own the execution of Shopper Marketing programs and activities that will meet and exceed the needs of our customers and their shoppers across the various channels in Ontario.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop scalable business solutions and programming to convert shoppers to purchase, deliver against customer needs and drive growth in our portfolio across Canada.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of customer strategies, consumer insights and shopper insights to develop innovative shopper marketing programs.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal partners (sales, marketing, insights, creative studio) and our shopper marketing agencies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Strategy and Category Management team to set each other up for success and to gain efficiencies.
  • Partner with Shopper Insights to understand results of programs and continuously find areas for improvement to achieve higher return on investment.

Qualifications:

Education

  • University Education
Experience

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in CPG / Beverage Alcohol sales, customer/trade marketing, brand marketing.
  • Demonstrate a highlevel of follow through and ability to meet multiple deadlines

  • Planning and Execution. Ability to set goals, identify effective measurements, monitor, and provide insights against a key client group's business plan.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and take measured, informed risks to achieve desired results.
