Our passionate leadership team has decades of experience in various sectors of the real estate industry, and we are strategically poised for growth. We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team in Victoria.
Construction Site Administrator Job Duties:
Provide construction administrative functions on site under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and Site Superintendent
- Assist in editing RFPs, tendering, awarding and contract administration
- Coordinate responses between design team and trades
- Work closely with the Project Manager and accounting for purchase order creation and allocation to appropriate cost center and funding
- Maintain office supplies & inventory as well as on site and online filing system
- Maintain accurate work logs of construction activities, job information sheets, and project team schedules
- Assist construction Project Manager and work with Project Coordinator to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates
- Other related duties as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- 25 Years in construction administration experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand constructionrelated drawings/documents, building rules and regulations
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Understanding of accounting procedures
- Knowledge of construction industry processes are beneficial including codes, standard site practices and procedures an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team
- Knowledge of Procore Construction Software preferred but not required
- Safety experience highly desirable

$68,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
