As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient processing, as well as dispatching and delivery, of customer orders and supporting the broader team in providing superior customer service for our Ontario consignment business.

Logistics and Customer Service Supervisor


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Breakthru orders mailbox and phone as the first line of contact for customers
  • Correspond with sales reps regarding order queries
  • Support the Logistics Coordinator with placing daily orders in the LCBO ordering system
  • Coordinate delivery logistics with 3rd party carriers and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Daily completion of delivery manifests
  • Reconcile proof of deliveries to delivery manifests
  • Support the Logistics and Customer Service Supervisor with account reconciliations
  • Customer creation in SAP
  • Update inventory as per LCBO reports
  • Receive payments/cash/process customer credit card payments as required
  • Handle sample requests from sales team
  • Support promotional initiatives such as our gift packaging program, as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP a benefit but not essential
  • Knowledge of logistics and inventory management preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problemsolving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism with internal and external customers
  • Work in a highly fastpaced environment with a high degree of urgency and the ability to prioritize quickly and effectively.
