Front Desk Receptionist - Fergus, Canada - RLB LLP
Description
Our client in Fergus is looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join their teamResponsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service inperson, via the telephone and online
- Act as a resource for members, tenants, visitors and contractors to maintain compliance with applicable rules, regulations and laws
- Retrieval and processing of daily mail, including special mailers
- Collect and process payments (cash and digital)
- Receive and process action forms
- Process construction forms as required, and coordinate applicable meetings
- Coordinate meeting hall bookings
- Maintain the customer relationship management system on a daily basis
- Coordinate with event committees as needed
- Monitor surveillance cameras, grounds, IDs, tags, and keys/FOBs according to internal procedures
- Administration and tracking associated with seasonal members
- Order and maintain office and cleaning supplies
- General administrative tasks
- Act as a backup to the Office Coordinator, as necessary
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, maintain a high level of organization and problem solve
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of web management and social media
- Working knowledge of local zoning bylaws, the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act or the Ontario NotforProfit Corporations Act, is an asset
