You will be responsible responsible for repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment and machinery within the maintenance department at SyBridge Technologies.

The Maintenance Technician ensures quality is a priority each and every time while also achieving time allowances for each job assigned.

Responsibilities:_
Responsible for maintaining safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables
Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturer specifications
Maintain parts inventory, personal library of machine manuals, companyassigned laptop and tools
Knowledge of high speed machining processes, adjustments and accuracy tests procedures
Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay uptodate on the latest technology and repair option
Operate machine tools such as vertical mills, lathes, and grinders to fabricate parts an asset.
Install major components such as motors or hydraulic assemblies, inspect parts, subassemblies and finished products to ensure quality
Responsible to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various CNC/EDM machines, Makino, DMG, OKK, Kuraki, ONA.
Qualifications:_
442A/309A Industrial Electrical license and a Master License is an asset.
Five (5) years CNC service and troubleshooting experience;
Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, Allen Bradley and Siemens controls necessary;
Working knowledge of "G" Code programming highly desirable;
Available for on call work, overtime, and off shifts as required;
Five (5) years of related experience within a Maintenance Department;
Experience working in a mechanical capacity and troubleshooting is required
Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
Ability to prioritize tasks, multi task, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Ability to ensure quality standards are met
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
