You will be responsible responsible for repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment and machinery within the maintenance department at SyBridge Technologies.

The Maintenance Technician ensures quality is a priority each and every time while also achieving time allowances for each job assigned.

  • Responsibilities:_
  • Responsible for maintaining safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
  • Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables
  • Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain parts inventory, personal library of machine manuals, companyassigned laptop and tools
  • Knowledge of high speed machining processes, adjustments and accuracy tests procedures
  • Attend ongoing training events sponsored by company or machine manufacturers to stay uptodate on the latest technology and repair option
  • Operate machine tools such as vertical mills, lathes, and grinders to fabricate parts an asset.
  • Install major components such as motors or hydraulic assemblies, inspect parts, subassemblies and finished products to ensure quality
  • Responsible to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various CNC/EDM machines, Makino, DMG, OKK, Kuraki, ONA.
  • Qualifications:_
  • 442A/309A Industrial Electrical license and a Master License is an asset.
  • Five (5) years CNC service and troubleshooting experience;
  • Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, Allen Bradley and Siemens controls necessary;
  • Working knowledge of "G" Code programming highly desirable;
  • Available for on call work, overtime, and off shifts as required;
  • Five (5) years of related experience within a Maintenance Department;
  • Experience working in a mechanical capacity and troubleshooting is required
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi task, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to ensure quality standards are met
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
