Job Description:
Under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Manager, the Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and tracking customer orders from receipt to delivery for our US Business
- Manage orders for finished products for US distributors
- Develop and manage web distribution under all our platforms including Amazon
- Organize and follow up on the transport of customers' orders
- Negotiate new transport agreements
- Handle the relationship with the different warehouses
- Manage suppliers invoicing
- Participate in the management of inventories for the US finished products
- Support sales and marketing in their logistics needs
- Analyze and monitor performance indicators
- Support in logistics projects
Qualifications:

Here are some qualifications important for the job:
- Diploma in logistics or operations
- 02 years of experience (in the field of food, an asset)
- Perfectly bilingual
- French and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a very fast environment and juggling with different tasks and projects
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent learning abilities
- Knowledge of transport an asset
