Description
In this technical position, you will provide onsite diagnostic, repair, and deployment services to our local clients.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to and resolving client incidents/requests with a focus on exceeding our customer's expectations.

You will be constantly learning new technology and be driven to learn and grow in your role every day


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Follows instructions and procedures and responds to management direction positively.
  • 23 years of experience completing similar work

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Troubleshooting Skills
  • Desire to help build, and be part of, a closeknit team
  • 2+ years' experience completing similar work.
  • Amazingly strong organizational skills


  • Customer Service
Skills

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
