Job Summary_


We are looking to hire an enterprising
Junior Sales - Customer Coordinator with fierce enthusiasm for dynamic audio technology, and a desire to work in a challenging hi-tech sales environment.

Adamson's sales representatives are expected to sell our products to new and existing customers by building relationships, demonstrating our products' benefits, and answering customers' questions.

What We Expect from You: Duties and Responsibilities_

  • Learning the desires and needs of our customers
  • Keeping contact lists and checkingin with strategic follow ups
  • Meeting and exceeding expectations regarding deadlines, quotas, and targets
  • Preparing and submitting sales or inventory reports to management.
  • ERP data entry, orders and quotations, customer and item maintenance
  • Distribute sales reporting to regional sales teams
  • Developing and maintaining customer accounts
  • Collaborate with production scheduling, procurement, finance and engineering as necessary
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and setting appropriate expectations.
  • Assist with tracking the sales pipeline
  • Participate in company sales meetings and events
  • Participate with cycle and inventory counts
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to

Adamson Systems:
Education, Skills & Experience
_

  • Sales experience in an entertainment or technology sector considered a valuable asset
- (B.A. in Business, Technology, or a related field, is considered an asset)

  • Technical proficiency, with a high aptitude for learning indepth product knowledge
  • Selfmotivated, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proactive team player who takes initiative
  • Confidence and comfort with public speaking
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM or CSM programs, or similar sales software
  • Manufacturing environment/ERP experience an asset.
