Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
  • Answer customer questions regarding menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Upsell menu items and suggestively sell additional products or services
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
  • Assist with food preparation as needed
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures
  • Cash handling experience with accuracy in processing payments and providing change
