AS A PROJECT DELIVERY COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

Communicate internally and externally with project members, stakeholders, and customers. Requirements/expectations/results.
Coordinate and monitor field service appointments with internal and external customers, track field service completion, and ensure customer requirements are met.
Schedule, host, and attend onsite meetings as required and document meeting minutes
Communicate through various mediums on reporting/tracking project execution and logistics.
Escalate customer concerns as required
Follow up on outstanding project deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines
Set up Customers and vendors, collect and enter PO's for customers and vendors, follow up with procurement on product deliveries, follow through on warranties, RMA's, service billings, etc.
Ensure client's expectations are met at project completion. Facilitate project closeout and billing

WHO YOU ARE:

You balance the interests of multiple stakeholders. You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

High School Diploma or GED
13 years of clientfacing experience
Strong Organizational Skills; multitasking, timemanagement, selfstarter
Proficiency with productivity tools (ie: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Oracle) or a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fastpaced, and collaborative environment
Access to a personal vehicle to visit customer sites and travel ~10%
