    Description

    Our team leads are responsible for managing, motivating, coaching, and training their teams. They oversee different projects, create schedules, provide training, and assign tasks based on client requirements. Team leads collaborate closely with project managers to ensure top client and agent satisfaction and take ownership of project success.

    ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

    • Manage, lead, and motivate teams.
    • Proactively address project issues with teams and project managers before they impact the project.
    • Ensure project managers and teams are updated on project status.
    • Set, monitor, and achieve team goals.
    • Interact with local agents and remote team members daily.
    • Provide guidance to ensure timely and efficient client support.
    • Uphold studio policies, processes, and security measures.
    • Deliver reports to project managers and clients.
    • Perform regular quality control checks.
    • Offer as an escalation point for clients and their customers.
    • Provide daily feedback to team members.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Knowledge of Player Support tools and processes.
    • Understanding key support metrics and their application.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret reports.
    • Experience in AI Language model dictionary building.

    SOFT SKILLS:

    • Effective written and verbal communication.
    • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
    • Reliable, flexible, and results-driven.
    • Deadline-oriented and proactive.
    • Encourages input, motivates, and evaluates talent.

    TOOLS EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience with ticketing platforms like When I Work, Helpshift, Zendesk.
    • Familiarity with Google's G Suite, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office 365.

    AI RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Data generation and evaluation.
    • Quality audits and reporting.
    • Red-teaming for potential harms.
    • Contributing to refining policy input for AI.
