You will support and manage the Executive Leadership Team in our Toronto Financial Services Business Unit.We are offering the chance to work with our team of experienced executive assistant professionals across a range of engagements.
This is an opportunity to learn and development of skills for key requirements, duties, and responsibilities in an administrative coordinator position.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Prepare internal and client requests
- Generating monthly expense reports & weekly timesheets for Senior Leadership
- Coordinating meetings/events
- Research Projects
- Assist with administrative duties
- Work in tracking, reporting, process optimization and resource management activities
- Onboarding new hires
- Manage CRM for senior leadership
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Your Qualifications:
- Studying Business or related field, must be in an accredited Coop program
- Self starter
- Analytical
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written)
- Understanding or exposure with IT services
- Administrative Support
- Expense Reporting
- Event Planning
- Calendar Management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Basic Microsoft Office tools:, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Advanced Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Detailoriented is a must
