Provide resource support to various Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, WCSC, Quality, Logistics and National Office initiatives.
- 6month contract / 40 hours per week.
- Hourly rate: $23.77/hour.
- Shift work will be required: Day, evening and night shift.
Job Accountabilities:
- Collection of samples, sample prep, analysis and data entry to support production
- Maintenance of Quality Lab including material inventory, reagent makeup and lab cleanliness
- Liaison with material suppliers, internal and external customers
- Provide resource support to related Plant/National initiatives
- Troubleshooting / problem solving, data trending and analysis
- Communication and escalation of analysed data to appropriate customer groups
- Training and development of Dept./Plant Personnel in materials inspection, micro and chemical analysis
- Conduct internal audits
- Maintain a "customer focus" internally and externally

Entrance Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Experience in Food and/or Beverage Analysis
- Strong troubleshooting skills regarding analytical instrumentation. Detail oriented
- Experience with the operation, calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments, including but not limited to HPLC (UV, RI), GC (ECD, FID), Alcolyzer, density meters, automated spectrophotometers (i.e rAPIDt), etc
- Expertise in method Implementation.
- Demonstrated experience working with Product Specifications, Quality Management Systems
