Newport Landscaping, established in 2006, is a design/build firm with a landscape maintenance division, based out of Vineland, ON. Our organization's continued success and accelerated growth is due in large part to the investments we've made in our employees, in our equipment, and the long-term relationships we've developed with our clients.
We are looking to add more workers for our ON CALL Skid Steer Snow Removal Crew

Job Description:

Respond promptly to calls for snow and ice events
You must be available and ready to work when called upon 24/
Reliable and dedicated
Physically fit ability to lift 50lbs
Work independently and as part of a team

Duties May Include:

Removing of snow
Salting
Maintaining residential and commercial properties
Cleaning of equipment
Previous experience considered an asset
Performing a daily circle check on equipment operated.
Following equipment maintenance schedule as required.
General labour duties such as preparing materials and cleanup of site area.
Following all Newport work policies, practices and procedures.
Other duties as required

ON-CALL EXPECTED 24/7

Wage: $25.00-$30.00/hour + $100.00/week ON-CALL PAY

2 years skid steer experience.
A valid driver's licence with the ability to get to and from the job site.
The ability to operate equipment safely.
All snow positions may lead to fulltime employment. Hiring for this position is ongoing and will be filled as required._
Contract Length: ASAP until April 1, 2023._
