Fix Network is looking for a
Social Media Strategist who can take a firm grip on the wheel and lead our projects in a constantly changing world.
Your responsibilities as a Social Media Strategist at Fix Network:
- Plan content and content promotion and oversee the annual social media strategy globally, aligning it regionally.
- Create annual and monthly social media strategies including day content calendars and ideation for organic and paid campaigns.
- Provide recommendations on which audiences, formats, and platforms to be explored to maximize reach and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to determine target audiences, angles, positioning for various segments, services, products, and brands to create cuttingedge strategies that deliver on performance goals.
- Analyze, report, recommend, and implement improvements on all social media data collected in partnership with analytics to understand, improve and report on performance.
- Create and manage meta events, audiences, pixels across brand accounts
- Act as pioneer in social listening set up queries, filter noise, analyze share of voice and sentiment for brands to determine market trends
- Support inperson and virtual coverage of national social media events.
- Execute paid social campaigns mostly on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
- Expertise in managing social media CRM like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr.
- Develop monthly and annual performance reports for social media from social media CRM.
- Lead corporate social media initiatives, corporate strategies and governance related to social media programs and initiatives including digital, web and branding support.
- Provide guidance and support to all regional partners and companies to ensure content remains accurate, timely and meets policies, standards, and legislation.
- Provide target market data and insights to support highly tailored marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- By leveraging analytics capabilities, provide support and recommendations for strategic planning for the various countries globally.
- Develop KPIs and analytics and actionable data insights on marketing and communications performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Masters degree in business marketing/communications or any related field
- 7 years of digital and social media experience with demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Demonstrated an expertise with LikedIn and good knowledge Facebook, X, and Instagram etc.
- Expertise with leading social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr.
- High level of experience on Meta business suite including Business Manager, Creator Studio, and Ads Manager.
- Experience with marketing automation solutions and data management platforms is considered an asset.
