Description:
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Administrative Clerk will support the documentation related to the Human Resources operations for Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute of Mount Sinai Hospital.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Clerk include:
- Responsible for administrative functions of employee files
- Organizing and sorting high volume of paperwork
- Work as a member of the HR team, supporting team as required
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- College diploma or in progress of completing diploma
- Experience in an office setting, or administrative experience
- Minimum of six months with experience administration and filing
- Demonstrated ability to work in the Microsoft Access, Excel, Word
- Must be diligent while demonstrating strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as an effectively member of a team or independently
- Effective interpersonal skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Effective communications skills (oral and written) and ability to maintain confidentiality
