is a full-service landscape construction, maintenance, and snow removal company serving the needs of Waterloo Region and Southwestern Ontario since 1983.

With our wide variety of equipment, we have the flexibility to work a multitude of various projects, as well as handling unique and specialized situations.

We are currently looking for a Supervisor for the Snow Removal season, generally November through April.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision: Dispatching, organizing, and overseeing of snow removal crews
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage snow removal schedules and shift assignments.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site monitoring and maintain highquality standards in snow removal services.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure communication with mechanic regarding repairs of all snow removal equipment to maintain good working condition and schedule maintenance when necessary.
  • Administrative: Ensure paperwork and documentation of all snow operations are submitted as required, both electronically and/or manually.
What You Offer

  • Previous experience in snow removal is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate snow removal equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00, dependent on experience
