Reporting to the Director of Sustainable Infrastructures, Quebec and Federal Region, you will be responsible for developing intelligent building solutions in synergy with the Digital team, responding to public and private calls for tender.

Here are the tasks related to your work, without limitation:

Survey of building equipment
Feasibility of solution implementation
Calculation of energy savings
Development of energy efficiency measures related to HVAC and intelligent buildings
Consultant supervision

The market development team will ask for your support in developing opportunities, and you'll have to present customers with targeted opportunities according to their needs.

How you'll do it

Lead preliminary data collection efforts for solution realization.
Lead or support development.
Validate assumptions made during solution design.
Build a detailed development budget and scope.
Work with the Digital team and external partners to develop a project estimate and scope of work,
Assist in the preparation of proposals and other customer communication documents.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, as appropriate.
5+ years of experience in digital system design related to intelligent building and building systems control/sales, energy modeling, construction or facilities management.
Licenses or certifications specific to the preferred role (e.g. Professional Engineering License for engineeringrelated roles, CEM, LEED, CMVP, CBCP, etc.).
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
Work effectively with others
Act in an ethical manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French and is comfortable working in customerfacing situations.
Strong computer skills, including an understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project,
Willing to travel within Canada. Out of town for 510 days each month.

Sous la direction du Directeur Infrastructures Durables Région Québec et Fédérale, vous aurez la charge de développer des solutions de bâtiment intelligent en synergie avec l'équipe ''Digital'' en répondant à des appels d'offre publique ou privée.

Voici les tâches reliées à votre travail sans y limiter:

Relevé d'équipement dans les bâtiments
Faisabilité de la mise en place de la solution
Calcul d'économie d'énergie
Développement de mesures d'efficacité énergétique reliées au HVAC et au bâtiments intelligent
Supervision d'expertconseil

L'équipe de développement de marché vous demandera votre soutien pour le développement des opportunités et vous devrez présenter aux clients les opportunités ciblées selon leurs besoins.

Comment vous parviendrez à le faire

Diriger les efforts préliminaires de collecte de données pour la réalisation de la solution.
Dirigez ou soutient du développement.
Valide les hypothèses formulées lors de la conception de la solution.
Construis un budget et une portée de développement détaillés.
Travailler avec l'équi
