Description
Reports directly to:
Office Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the office manager with daytoday administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, payroll data entry, accounts payable data entry.
- Assist with HR duties such as coordinating recruitment activities and facilitating employee onboarding.
- Help organize office events and gatherings.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices would be an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High school diploma, additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Weekend, Evenings and Overtime maybe required as a result of business needs that may be scheduled outside of a regular work plan.
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and adverse weather conditions.
- The production plant is in a remote area, therefore reliable personal transportation and valid drivers' licence is required.
Job Types:

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
