The role will include but is not limited to:

Guest Experience -

You'll assist multiple Franchisees in developing good guest experiences within their stores that connect personally to make every interaction meaningful.
You'll connect with our Franchisees to understand their local markets and their unique needs and be able to give advice tailored to their local level needs.
You'll monitor and provide assistance or resolution to situations where guest experience levels fall below our company standards.
You'll be responsible for providing initial training to Franchisees on Guest Experience policies and regularly reviewing course material with Franchisees.

Business Development -

You'll work with the rest of the operations team on the construction, equipment ordering and initial staff hiring and training for all new Blenz Stores.
You'll support Franchisees in building communitydriven Local Area Marketing Plans (LAMP) that will drive sales and increase store customer counts.
You'll use your relationship and network skills to build connections, generate opportunities and create partnerships to help our Franchisees succeed.

Must-have:

Previous experience in a multisite environment
Problemsolving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
Team Management or supervisor experience
Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
Own transportation essential.
Fluent in verbal and written English

F&B Leadership Experience

Additional languages

French, Mandarin, Arabic

What we Offer:

This role includes extended health benefits after the completion of 3-month probation, as well as performance-based bonuses.

From $50,000.00 per year
