Guest Experience -
- You'll assist multiple Franchisees in developing good guest experiences within their stores that connect personally to make every interaction meaningful.
- You'll connect with our Franchisees to understand their local markets and their unique needs and be able to give advice tailored to their local level needs.
- You'll monitor and provide assistance or resolution to situations where guest experience levels fall below our company standards.
- You'll be responsible for providing initial training to Franchisees on Guest Experience policies and regularly reviewing course material with Franchisees.
Business Development -
- You'll work with the rest of the operations team on the construction, equipment ordering and initial staff hiring and training for all new Blenz Stores.
- You'll support Franchisees in building communitydriven Local Area Marketing Plans (LAMP) that will drive sales and increase store customer counts.
- You'll use your relationship and network skills to build connections, generate opportunities and create partnerships to help our Franchisees succeed.

Must-have:
- Previous experience in a multisite environment
- Problemsolving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
- Team Management or supervisor experience
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
- Own transportation essential.
- Fluent in verbal and written English
Good to Have, Not Necessary:
- F&B Leadership Experience
- Additional languages
- French, Mandarin, Arabic
What we Offer:
This role includes extended health benefits after the completion of 3-month probation, as well as performance-based bonuses.
Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
