Reporting to the Manager, New Students, the coordinator will assist with carrying out responsibilities related to the delivery of quality enrolment and student records services.

The incumbent is responsible for the coordination of day-to-day relationship management with Learning Flow (our admissions services partner), management of student payment collections, and operations of all enrollment and student records functions.


The position is required to maintain a high level of knowledge of current educational trends and practices in Canada and around the world.

The incumbent is responsible for assessing and initiating change to existing international admission/registration/graduation practices as needed.


Key Responsibilities

Admission/Registration/Graduation

  • Responsible for admissions and payment policy adherence
  • Liaise with the Learning Flow team frequently to ensure support and answers are provided in a timely manner when required
  • Conducts routine procedural review in order to ensure that practices administered are credible and consistent with policies and strategic direction of the College and its enrolment management goals
  • Regularly screens, assesses, determines, updates and ensures that foreign academic credentials meet program admission requirements.
  • Advises on admission deficiencies and provides appropriate referrals
  • Spot audits Learning Flow's submitted transcripts, credentials, and other documents to ensure all the documents are valid, original, authentic, and accurate prior to program start date
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of the College's vision and purpose, admission requirements and program offerings, services, and facilities.
  • Maintains uptodate knowledge on high school systems and the senior secondary school curricula for a variety of key target countries, including their school year, exam timelines, and grading practices.
  • Monitors trends and changes in high school systems, and recommends changes that may need to be made to Robertson Global's admission requirements and policies in response to those changes.
  • Continuously conducts research to keep abreast of the educational systems within Canada and abroad
  • Identifies issues and options for procedural revision in consultation with the Manager/Director.
  • Provides analysis and recommendations for consideration to the Supervisor(s)
  • Recommends and implements, in consultation with the Manager/Director,, qualitybased assessment processes to inform strategy development and continuous improvement
  • Reviews business practices to ensure the integrity of Robertson Global's student information system is maintained and implement changes as required
  • Assists with the coordination and development of student information system training for other Robertson Global divisions and departments.
  • Participates in the enhancement of systems and processes for registration, customer relations management, records and graduation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing measures to carry out a service plan detailing the department's vision, mission and values
  • Performs ongoing tracking and analysis of service transactions
