ATD Graphics is hiring a full time bookkeeper. We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.Ultimately, the Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
- A minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Must have fluent English communication skills
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Perform partial checks of the posting process
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable
- Ability to time manage effectively
- Strong file management understanding
- Showcase extreme attention to detail
- Identify areas of opportunity for maximizing efficiency
- Flexibility to work required hours
Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
