Wingtra's sales team is looking to capitalize on the momentum that comes with being one of the fastest growing drone companies in North America.

A big part of that strategy is growing our team of Regional Sales Managers. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will take a key role in expanding our sales activities across Canada.

Successful performance in this role will give you the opportunity to further grow within the Sales team at Wingtra.


Responsibilities:


  • As the Regional sales manager, you will manage existing distribution partnerships across the region as well as close direct business together with our distributors and dealers
  • You will develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra's footprint in the market
  • You will empower our partners by supporting them to generate B2B sales leads, do product demonstrations, close deals endtoend
  • You will generate new distribution partnership leads, negotiate distribution agreements, close deals
  • Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market
  • Organize and travel to roadshows, customer meetups and tradeshows
  • Learn about customer use cases and market opportunities and postprocess customer learnings for Wingtra's strategy development
  • Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)

Requirements:


  • Proven experience (35 years) in B2B channel sales management or equivalent business development experience
  • Experience in the surveying, construction, mining and/or drone industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling and building lasting relationships with distribution partners
  • Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller fasterpaced inbound opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with establishing relationships with seniorlevel executives in enterpriselevel companies.
  • Fast learner and well structured
  • Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
  • Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
  • You are passionate, competitive, curious by nature and open to continuously growing your skillset
