Jr. Account Manager - Toronto, Canada - Employee by Design

We are looking for a motivated individual for the role of Jr.Account Manager to join our Project Team Primarily collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver results in tune with deadlines, you have
2-3 years' experience in this field.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Work with the project managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes
- Be the voice of the customer internally by managing escalations as well as development requests
- Creating Quotes & SOWs
- Maintain logs or sheets, request logs, bug list, and sitewise ongoing issue log
- Manage client queries such as quotes and invoices and tracking information
- Managing customer feedback and driving upsells.
- Guide clients through our products and services to provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries if necessary
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results in tune with deadlines
- Act as a point of contact for existing customers and handle their requests in a timely and professional manner
- Report and flag issues to necessary internal teams, such as Project Management, Technical Specialists, etc.
- Assisting in Project Coordination for new projects
- Attend daily/weekly conference calls as required with clients and internal teams
Skills and Qualifications
- Postsecondary education in Computer Application, Software, IT, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
- 23 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written correspondence
- Exceptional customer service skills where customer satisfaction is at the core of one's objectives
- Experience within the Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality industry is an asset
- Previous experience in a support or project coordination or technical customer service role is required
- A good attitude you like to have a great time It's all about making our customers and partners happy, which in turn will make us happy
- A natural curiosity. You will be curious about how things work and want to continually learn our software and products
- Strong Problemsolving skills
- Must be eligible for travel within Canada and to the US, with no restrictions
- Previous work experience in the hospitality/restaurant or POS industry is a definite asset.
