Job Title:
Reservationist / Events Administrative Assistant


Job Summary

  • Review daily plotting on the reservation system.
  • Responsible for all phone requests.
  • Respond to any guest inquiry regarding bookings, cake orders and events.
  • Support Event Manager with administrative tasks and insite visits.

Must-have:


  • High school diploma or GED, 1+ year of experience as lead host, host, reservationist, or similar role
    or 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, culinary.
  • Open and flexible availability (early morning, evenings, and weekends)
  • Customer service experience.
  • Smart Serve certificate.
  • Knowledge of Open Table
  • Guests Center.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Team player.
  • Proficient with Microsoftbased programs and Canva.
  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Passion for the industry, and the ability to manage and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and sales ability
  • Ability to multitask.
