Reservationist / Events Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
- Review daily plotting on the reservation system.
- Responsible for all phone requests.
- Respond to any guest inquiry regarding bookings, cake orders and events.
- Support Event Manager with administrative tasks and insite visits.
Must-have:
- High school diploma or GED, 1+ year of experience as lead host, host, reservationist, or similar role
or 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, culinary. - Open and flexible availability (early morning, evenings, and weekends)
- Customer service experience.
- Smart Serve certificate.
- Knowledge of Open Table
- Guests Center.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Team player.
- Proficient with Microsoftbased programs and Canva.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Passion for the industry, and the ability to manage and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and sales ability
- Ability to multitask.
