Review Dispatch Board of outgoing shipments for the shift and prioritize paperwork to meet dispatch schedule
Liaise with the Shipping and Receiving supervisor regarding late changes to releases, to verify production schedule, and makeorders for that shift's shipping. Adjust dispatch board as needed. Follow up with carriers accordingly.
Produce & prioritize paperwork: Bills of Lading, Packing Slips, and Customs Papers for the current shift's outgoing shipments
Unload and reload trucks according to dispatch board, producing paperwork for outgoing shipments to enable drivers to leave early whenever possible
Other forklift duties such as material movements for production
Prepare for the next morning's truck departures.

Requirement/ Competencies:

Previous experience with Lift Trucks, Stand up lift equipment, Pallet Walkies, Forklifts
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast paced warehouse environment
Safety & Quality conscious, Selfmotivated, Team player, Technically inclined

Shift :
Afternoon Shift - 2pm-11pm
