The position is a hybrid role based in St Laurent, QC office with the opportunity to work 3 days remotely per week.


Position Summary:

  • Ensures all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for preparing bids for rebates and updating ETA's (estimated time of arrival).
  • Provide support to a team of sales (inside/outside) representatives.
  • Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
  • Coordinate with our vendor teams to help meet needs of resellers.
  • Be the front person for resellers.
  • Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
  • Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned group.
  • May be responsible for lead and order management activities for specified area of sales group (separated by account size or geographic territory).
  • Takes orders on selfqualified leads when appropriate.
  • Prepares product/license quotes as needed for presales customers.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a fouryear college degree or equivalent
  • 02 years of functional experience.
  • Knowledge of Technology is an asset.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English and French is required.
  • Ability in building professional relationships with resellers
  • Must be adept at managing highpressure situations and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Entrylevel professional individual contributor on a project or work team.
  • Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
  • Works on projects of limited scope and complexity.
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
  • Duties to resolve issues in which answers can be readily obtained.
