Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm (Flexible)

2-4 days onsite a must

Hourly wage from $18.00 to $22.00 (Plus Tips) depending on experience

Big League Food Company is seeking a
Part-time Sourdough Dough Mixer with bread-baking experience to join our
Dear Grain Bakery. If you are a proactive individual with hands-on experience as Mixer we invite you to be part of our team.


Key Responsibilities
The
Dough mixer is responsible for the first stage of making our bread. It's a very responsible role as our whole production depends on the quality of the dough the mixer makes.

2 years of professional kitchen experience

  • 1year experience in bread baking and dough mixing
  • Culinary/ baking education is preferred
  • Dependability and punctuality are a must
  • Fit and Physically Strong able to lift 50 lbs very physical role
  • A person who likes structure and repetition
  • Ability to multitask and operate at a fast pace when needed
  • Detail oriented, and able to follow recipes and scale correctly is essential
  • The mixer will mix multiple batches of dough during the shift
  • We use 3 mixers that hold kg of dough to make 34 types of dough
  • Injury free

Schedule availability:


  • Part-Time Approx hr
  • Possibility to grow into FT posttraining
  • 4 days availability, preferably Mon/Tue/Fri/Saturday
  • Availability between Early Morningafternoon
  • Shift Length 56hr
  • Shift time is usually 6:30 am 12:30 pm
