You will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented technical and front-office staff to deliver a customer service experience that is unmatched industry-wide.


Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Greeting clients, assessing their needs, and providing recommendations based on the maintenance schedule
  • Managing each client interaction from start to finish
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Experience
  • Opening and Closing duties as necessary
  • Submit warranty claims and easy pay solutions for clients
  • Review service history and completed repairs; recommend service;
  • Communicate to the technician detailed information regarding the vehicle issue
  • Collect payments
  • Closes repair orders in a timely manner
  • Review the finished repair order for proper completion, pricing accuracy, and legibility
  • Eliminate surprises for customers by reviewing service repairs and their associated charges to ensure accuracy
  • Maintains open communications with technical staff regarding job status changes
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
  • Communicate with dealerships and staff internally to ensure sold vehicles are delivered as promised on schedule and customer concerns are addressed

Parts and Inventory Management:


  • Order parts based on vehicle inspections carried out by technicians
  • Receive parts into inventory and allocate them to the correct work order
  • Source parts from multiple suppliers to ensure the best possible price for the highest quality product
  • Return unused and defective parts to suppliers
  • Manage parts inventory levels within the operating system and conduct physical inventory counts when needed
  • Ensure that all parts returned to vendors have been credited the correct account

Technician management:


  • Ensure inspections have been completed on every vehicle
  • Effectively collect and communicate necessary information and concerns from client to technician & technician to client
  • Works closely with the automotive technician and client to inform, educate, and advise on technical issues that need to be addressed on the maintenance and repair of their vehicle
  • Ensure sold times are listed for each service line before the technician proceeds with the work

Client management:


  • Book appropriate customer appointment times
  • Ensure the client's primary concern is communicated to the technician
  • Keep client informed of vehicle service progress in a timely fashion
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the features & benefits of the products and services available to clients
  • Complete walkaround vehicle visual inspection at checkin
  • Greet customers by their name on arrival
  • Minimize questions by reviewing the customer's info before they arrive

Internal Vehicles Reconditioning Management:


  • Arrive vehicles at the dealership when incoming from transport
  • Inspect on arrival, arbitrate any defects, and create key tags
  • Oversee recon process to achieve a higher quality vehicle consistently, decrease turnaround time, and reduce comebacks
  • Set up appointments with our outsourced recon partners (Windshield, Dent, Body Shop)
  • Facilitate vehicle transfers between locations once completed
