Key responsibilities:

Supporting the implementation of a business plan and sales strategy for your assigned accounts to ensure attainment of company sales and spend goals and objectives
Managing the internal sales and spend tracking system to identify actual versus objective, and creating action plans to address any gaps
Leveraging consumer and retailer data insights (Circana, Nielsen, Retail Link, LDIA etc.) in factbased selling to provide value to customers and to ensure retail perception of Nature's Path as being an expert in the Organic category
Managing the monthly forecasts, providing knowledgeable insights to the team based on consumption trends
Creating and understanding promotional calendars, budgets and activities for the assigned accounts
Managing the submission and execution of new items and promotional activities
Supporting the annual business planning process
Bringing a high level of detail and focus on accuracy to all projects assigned
Following up on assortment gaps or merchandising opportunities identified by National Account Managers
Providing series of reports outlining performance in key indicators such as service levels and distribution gaps vs rest of market
Proactively identifying underperforming products or categories and providing recommended next steps
Liaising with internal Cross Functional Partners (Supply Chain, Inside Sales and Logistics) to ensure key metrics such as fill rate and OTIF (on time and in full) are achieved

Preferred background:

3+ years in a sales support or analytical role, preferably in food sales or manufacturing
Experience with replenishment and leveraging customer data to build an internal forecast
A background working with a broker network, distributor, and/or retail sales
