We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of
Dynatrace Specialist to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

Required Skills:

-
7+ years IT relevant enterprise working experience.

Handson experience in implementing and configuring
Dynatrace across various platforms and technologies. Proficiency in customizing
Dynatrace metrics, alerts, dashboards, and other configurations to meet specific customer requirements is essential.
Experience in alerting management or incident event management is required eg. ServiceNow
Proven experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and false positive reduction within the context of IT monitoring, preferably with expertise in
Dynatrace and
ELK.
Online banking and mobile banking production support experience is asset.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, along with experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
