Description
Small office looking for the perfect full-time fit. Hours are 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. We need a goal-oriented, self-motivated person to help with office work as well as social media posts.


Responsibilities:

-
Administrative:


  • Supporting the Office Manager with inventory management, including daily and weekly audits
  • Picking items, packing boxes, and preparing them for shipment
  • Office Support by simple data entry, filing, faxing, copying, mailing
  • Creating posters/flyers based on company fonts/colours/designs
  • Other duties as assigned by your Manager from time to time

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and create social media post content weekly.
  • Write and edit Social media post on main platform including Wechat/ Xiaohongshu/ facebook/ website
  • Create digital content including poster/ flyer/ any graphic
  • Video editing
  • Manage and update website content

Requirements:


  • Must possess strong communication (verbal and written) skills in Mandarin and English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office
  • Experience with digital media trends and behaviors on tik tok/ facebook/ instagram
  • 1 year experience with social media pomotion with Xiaohongshu and Wechat is a must
  • Advance knowledge and understanding of social media platforms espectially on Xiaohongshu and Wechat
  • Experience with hootsuite, mail chimp, canva, or illustrator is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced office/team
  • Must be adaptable to new technology and platform
  • Detail oriented
  • Must have valid level G driver's license. Having your own car would be a plus as some errand running is required.

PREFERRED SKILLS/CAPABILITIES:

  • Experience in writing and overseeing digital media content creation
  • High level of understanding of popular social networks — design, functionality, features, users
  • Experience with video editing and digital content design
  • Experience with content strategies; very high attention to detail
  • High level of time management & ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills selfmotivated and disciplined selfstarter
  • Excellent writing and communication in English and Mandarin
