Purpose of Role:
_ _The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading a facility warehouse and team of service technicians.
The incumbent is responsible for partnering with the Sales and Service teams in delivering our strategic initiatives and delivering excellent customer-centric solutions to our most valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus Area: Perform site and customer visits as needed to address customer concerns or to gather information on projects when required
- Focus Area: Collect and analyze inventory data to ensure adequate availability of inventory to support the business needs in the area
- Focus Area: Plan and support onsite and offsite maintenance work, including overall planning for each job, identifying parts and tools needed, and manpower scheduling
- Focus Area: Meet all Personal Business Objectives inclusive to a Personal Development Plan set in agreement with the supervisor and executive management team
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Secondary school (high school) diploma or graduation certificate, Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills both verbal and written in English and/or French
- Experience or exposure to ERP software or engineering design software and Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel are highly desired
- Solid active listening skills and consultative approach to selling, as well as an exceptional ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and employees of the company
