We are growing at an exponential rate and are looking for an outgoing individual with strong work ethic, reliability and accountability to join our fast-growing cladding/sheet metal division.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive and accurate project estimates in response to client needs
Liaison with clients and build relationships with various stakeholders
Prepare take off packages
Preparing of prequalification packages
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Prepare estimates for general expenses and overhead
Liaise, consult and communicate with suppliers, team members and contractors
Ensure timely completion of estimates
Estimation submittals and contract administration

Requirements:

Estimating experience in the construction industry considered an asset
Ability to solve problems innovatively and creatively
Strong competency in technical writing
Experience using different types of estimating software
Must have strong organizational and communication skills
Able to work well in a team environment
