RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC
The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre.

Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University.

The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé (FRQS).

Position summary

General Duties

Planning and allocating resources to ensure project milestones are achieved on time,
Management of study budget,
Negotiating contracts with participating institutions and suppliers,
Coordinating multicenter ethics approval,
Communications with project partners (drafting monthly updates on project progress, planning quarterly meetings, etc.)
Development and maintenance of the study website,
Completion of all other studyrelated tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Education / Experience

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health science related field,
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience,
Knowledge of and experience working within a clinical trial setting would be an asset,
Ability to work independently and within a team,
Ability to take initiative, set priorities, manage time, and resolve problems,
Willingness to learn,
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English,
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel),
Good clinical practice certification and clinical trials experience is desired.

Additional information

Status:
Temporary, full time

Pay Scale:
$52, $98,425.60 Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Work Shift:
Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm

Work Site:
Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation. 5252 de Maisonneuve O.
