    Job title:. Senior SAP Test Manager with S/4HANA

    Location: Onsite Toronto or Montreal in Canada

    Position Type-Regular Full-Time Contract

    · In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA systems, including modules like SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI, SAM QM etc

    · Proficiency in various testing methodologies, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

    Job Description

    · As a SAP senior test manager you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all testing activities related to the implementation of SAP solutions.

    · You are consulting clients on quality and test management, both in classical and agile approaches.

    · You lead test manager teams.

    · You design project-specific test strategies for SAP modules, considering efficiency and risk factors.

    · You manage the entire test process and ensure quality assurance.

    · You create test plans, test concepts and test cases and analyse as well as resolve test issues and defects.

    · You coordinate test execution on different test levels, such as integration, end-to-end and acceptance tests.

    · You lead and guide testers and test teams, both internally and externally.

    · You apply appropriate test measurements and metrics for the product and the test team.

    Qualifications

    · At least 8 years experience in testing and test coordination in SAP projects, especially in SAP S4/HANA.

    · Knowledge of test tools (not a specific one necessary) and methods, such as Atlassian Jira in combination with SAP Solution Manager and ISTQB standards.

    · Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.

    · An agile mindset and a never-stop-learning mentality.

    · An ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification is desirable, as well as training experience in quality assurance.
