Job Description Salary starting at $19.60/hr**
TEMPORARY full-time position

Workplace : 3080 Boul. le Carrefour, Laval, QC H7T 2R5, Canada

Schedule :
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00

Contract end date:
August 29, 2025

IN OFFICE WORK ONLY
The
Coordinator is responsible for responding effectively to foundation, insurance and dispatch requests.

Reporting to the Dispatch Operations Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities (in addition to having lots of fun) will include the following tasks:


  • Respond to insurance and foundation inquiries;
  • Process reports, data and various requests;
  • Create customer purchase and shipping orders;
  • Work closely with dispatchers and foundation coordinators;
  • Replace dispatchers or foundation coordinators as needed;
  • Participate in departmental initiatives;
  • Generate necessary reports for foundations;
  • All other related tasks.

Qualifications Functional bilingualism (French and English);**1 year customer service experience;
Strong communication skills;
Experience with foundations is an asset.
