Fleming College, Toronto Programs is a public college-private partnership between Fleming College and Trebas Institute, with academic delivery and student support services managed by Trebas Institute.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.

This position is a crucial support role for our Personal Support Worker Program Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks and manual operations.

The Program Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth program operations, allowing our Program Manager to focus on higher-level topics and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Manager in daytoday activities and manual operations to ensure the smooth running of programs.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events, including making travel arrangements and managing logistics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for faculty, staff, and participants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed.
  • Maintain program documentation, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
  • Help with the coordination of program resources, including ordering and managing supplies.
  • Prepare and distribute programrelated materials, such as agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the Program Manager in monitoring program progress, tracking milestones, and preparing progress reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist in conducting program evaluations and collecting feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the program by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:


  • Higher diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in Health Information technology or related discipline
  • Proficiency with technology and webbased platforms
  • Proven experience in a support role, preferably as a program coordinator or similar position.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
