Air Canada seeks a highly motivated, detail orientated Product Manager to join the Digital team and lead the development of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) products.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage the roadmap and feature backlog of Air Canada and Aeroplan's Customer Identity Access Management solution, and champion the product vision throughout the agile delivery team and across the organization.
  • Gather and analyze market and customer requirements to drive product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Set Product Increment (PI) objectives, define release and program increments.
  • Work with Sr. Product Managers/Directors to create and manage the program and release roadmaps that align with digital program goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners to build industryleading digital experiences.
  • Work with our technology partners, security, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Solution Managers, Release Train Engineers, and System Architects to ensure capabilities, technical requirements and release planning meets long term goals.
  • Be comfortable with leading by influence to drive outcomes in a crossmatrix team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear direction to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Prepare presentations and actively participate in meetings with leaders across the company to communicate roadmap, new features, and data.
    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant experience commensurate to the role.
  • 4+ years of business analyst, product owner, and/or product management experience, with a focus on digital products.
  • Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital design guidelines across multiple touchpoints.
  • Demonstratable experience in delivering complex digital experiences and solutions.
  • Experience leading a team of product owners or business analysts and product designers. Ability to energize people in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to provide clear direction and effective communication both in technical and business terms.
  • Innovative and creative with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Strong management, organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong understanding of at least one type of Agile process (SCRUM, SAFe, etc.)
  • Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience with participating in product discovery sessions.
  • Prior experience with quality assurance is a plus but not required.
  • Airline or Travel Industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Coding or design experience is a plus but not required.
