Job Description:

Gap analysis;
Provide and support entity audit;
Review gross margin report;
Perform bank and inventory reconciliations;
Perform recurring monthly journal entries;
Ensure proper maintenance, filing and storage of records;
Contribute to continuous improvement processes, including identification of root causes and corrective actions;
All other related duties.

Qualifications:

DEC or equivalent in accounting, finance or related field;
Experience in Canadian and Quebec income tax processing;
1 to 3 years' work experience in a similar role;
Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software;
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an asset;
Bilingual (oral and written) in French and English;
Excellent time and priority management (work planning and organization);
Team player, dynamic and good judgment;
Good communication skills.
