Job Description:


  • Gap analysis;
  • Provide and support entity audit;
  • Review gross margin report;
  • Perform bank and inventory reconciliations;
  • Perform recurring monthly journal entries;
  • Ensure proper maintenance, filing and storage of records;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes, including identification of root causes and corrective actions;
  • All other related duties.

Qualifications:


  • DEC or equivalent in accounting, finance or related field;
  • Experience in Canadian and Quebec income tax processing;
  • 1 to 3 years' work experience in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is an asset;
  • Bilingual (oral and written) in French and English;
  • Excellent time and priority management (work planning and organization);
  • Team player, dynamic and good judgment;
  • Good communication skills.
