Job Description:


  • Works in compliance with Stackpole International PMDA Quality Systems, Safety Systems, and Environmental Systems
  • Maintains financial control and plant performance reporting system in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Tracks plant performance KPI's and reports to management team
  • Maintains internal control of financial and operational processes
  • Monitors capital expenditure budgets and commitments
  • Performs postexpenditure reviews on significant capital projects and reports to division
  • Tracks plant working capital performance to budget and follows up issues
  • Liaises with internal and external auditors and corporate officers
  • Administers monthly closing of G/L
  • Oversees maintenance of complete records supporting G/L including subledgers and reconciliation's
  • Determines accruals and maintain cutoff procedures
  • Coordinates physical inventory and reconciles with book amounts
  • Prepares financial statements and analyzes significant variances
  • Prepares yearend audit file and assists external audit process
  • Maintains A/P and A/R sub ledgers regarding fixed assets
  • Maintains project costing systems for control of tooling, capital, and SRED projects
  • Ensures SRED project costs are properly documented and are consistent with SRED guidelines
  • Maintains inventory valuation and analysis
  • Supervises processing of invoices for payment
  • Follows up on outstanding receivables, claims, and other customer issues
  • Prepares cash flow forecasts for Corporate
  • Prepares monthly and yearly forecasts and budgets
  • Prepares analysis of future projects and programs
  • Tracks and maintains capital projects
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adheres to Stackpole's policies and procedures
  • Adheres and supports Stackpole's Safety and Environmental policies and practices
  • Ensure the requirements of the Quality Management System, IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 are conformed to
  • Other duties as assigned
