Description

Duties:


  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities for business development and upselling
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions
  • Analyze market trends to provide insights for sales strategies
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Provide leadership in resolving customer issues

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations with customers
  • Experience in business development and account management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a customerfacing role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$52,641.83-$76,486.23 per year
