Customer Relationship Manager - North York, Canada - DMSOLVING CORPORATION
Description
Duties:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for business development and upselling
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions
- Analyze market trends to provide insights for sales strategies
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Provide leadership in resolving customer issues
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations with customers
- Experience in business development and account management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a customerfacing role
Job Types:

Pay:
$52,641.83-$76,486.23 per year
