Job purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
The associate's primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Identify staffing needs based on approved recruitment plan.
- Update selection criteria for various positions.
- Plan initial interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews.
- Complete paperwork and documentation for new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to update job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position's requirements.
- Promote our reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Place internal and external job postings.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Organize internal and external hiring.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Ensure the fullcycle recruitment is managed in line with existing procedures.
- Assist in the layoff process in accordance with changing business needs.
- Follow Ups with Employees on a 2 week, 3 month, 6 month, and annual basis.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
