Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain advanced AV systems, including Dante audio networks, networkbased video streams (HLS, RTSP, RTMP), and digital signage solutions.
Provide training and support to staff and external clients in the operation of AV systems.
Perform routine maintenance and regular quality assurance checks of AV and computer equipment in various in house environments.
Manage and keep track of audiovisual inventory, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and readily available.
Support and coordinate AV requirements for live events such as weekly DJ events, band performances, promotional contests, radio and television broadcasts.
Collaborate effectively with IT, broadcast, and other technical teams to ensure highquality event production.
Troubleshoot AV and ITrelated issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Design and operate complex sound and lighting systems, master sound boards, and DMX boards.
Collaborate with the Marketing department to manage and schedule media assets across various digital signage platforms.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, graphic design, multimedia systems, or a closely related field _would be considered an asset_
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AV and IT environments, with a strong focus on digital signage and networked AV solutions.
Indepth knowledge of Dante audio networks, HLS, RTSP, RTMP, RTI products, Symetrix DSP and Symetrix Integration Designer, digital signage, DMX and master sound boards, Matrox video solutions, BrightSign products, Lutron lighting and HDMI to RF digital modulators.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including holidays, in a fastpaced environment.
Capable of moving through all areas of the complex, maintaining physical stamina and a positive attitude under pressure.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and manage interactions with guests, management, team members, and business community effectively.
Expertise in video streaming, editing, and aftereffects, catering to a variety of event formats and presentation styles is not required but highly desirable.

Responsabilités:
