Job Description for
Field Services:

Three to four (34) years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
Good understanding on Ticket logging tools and should know the ticket handling process as per priority.
Handling senior executive/VIP/VVIP more efficiently
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction based activities at sites.
Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S.
Experience with Antispyware and Antivirus software.
Some usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multiport data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills.
Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
Asset refresh activities
ITSM Tool Knowledge
Windows 10 troubleshooting, MAC basic knowledge and should handle Mobility L1 incidents.
Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks ontime.
Preferably with an Associate's Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.
Fluency In local language

Good communication skills are mandate to have.

Warehouse/ Technology Support Services - Warehouse management, Inventory Management, Asset Imaging and Disposal, Asset Shipping and receipt, Data Recovery, Network & IPT inventory management, Legal Hold Services.

Warehouse Operations supports IT Life Cycle Management across all towers. This includes Capitol Lease Appropriation Request (CLAR) support, procurement, configuration, distribution, asset recovery, asset repair, data recovery, asset sales, and disposal of Ewaste. The service also supports the management / refurbishment / deployment of PCrelated accessories, parts, network hardware, Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT) & legacy telephones. In Conjunction, the United states warehouse is a secure facility for the storage / retention of equipment associated with pending and potential Customer litigations. The equipment stored in the facility is under the directed of the Office of General Counsel (OGC).
