VIDEO EDITOR


We are looking for a video editor to help take Let the Quran Speak to the next level by creating dynamic, professional and audience-appropriate videos to expand market reach and increase viewer engagement.


What you'll do:

  • Perform the full range of editing, including synching video and audio, cutting between camera angles, incorporating sound effects, graphics and transitions, and improving video and sound quality with sound balancing, colour correction and grading.
  • Ensure that format adheres to our organisation's guidelines and procedures.
  • Experiment with new styles and techniques, including the design of graphic elements, writing voiceover, selecting music or other sound effects, etc.

We want YOU:

  • Proven experience as a video editor and strong understanding of the craft of editing.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong oral and written skills to communicate clearly with team, understand the storyline of the video and bring the concept to life.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with team members throughout the production process.
  • Comfortable in an active learning environment and open to frequent feedback and review.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
